Originating from a personal experience when the challenge of finding your way in a new country left you with more questions than answers. Between bureaucratic hurdles and language barriers, it quickly became clear that there was a lack of a comprehensive solution. So we decided to address the needs and close the existing gap.
Our goal is simple: to support you and give you exactly the advice and help that was lacking at the time. This has created an indispensable service base on Lake Garda.

Founder
My name is Björn Schlegel. I was born in Germany and now live on beautiful Lake Garda. This move quickly turned into a new challenge. I had actually planned to retire, but then I realized how many people here on Lake Garda face the same challenges.
With my experience in business management, I wanted to create a solution that would make it easier for people to settle here and find their way around. This inspiration led to the creation of the new multi-service company GardAdvice & Service.

Buongiorno, Guten Tag and Hello, my name is Gaia Bresciani. As a native of Lake Garda, I was born and raised here. After studying foreign languages in Verona, I initially worked at a real estate agency, where I primarily assisted German clients with their real estate needs.
This experience led me here and so I decided to take on a new challenge with more responsibility. Today, at GardAdvice & Service, I bring my passion for Lake Garda and my expertise in customer service to work every day.
